Cancellation policy (accommodation): 

Before 11^th July 2024  -  100% of the accommodation cost would be reimbursed
From 12^th July to 31^st August 2024 - 50% of the accommodation cost would be reimbursed
After 01^st September 2024  -  No reimbursement
