Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted until May 1, 2025, with a refund of the registration fee less a €150 administrative charge.
Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided in Pro forma Invoice.
Please refer to the Pro forma Invoice number.
The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you.
Payment can also be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard, AMEX is not accepted).
Upon the registration process please indicate if you wish to pay by credit card, and we will send you a payment link to complete the transaction.
