We are honored to invite you and your colleagues to the 54th Annual Meeting of the Hungarian Society for Immunology, which will take place from October 15 to 17, 2025, in Kecskemét, Hungary.
The Annual Meeting is the most significant forum for Hungarian immunology. Each year, it is organized around timely and relevant topics, featuring outstanding experts who share the latest scientific knowledge. The event also offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the work, recent achievements, and current trends of Hungarian research groups through lectures and poster presentations.
In addition to the scientific program, the meeting provides valuable opportunities for personal interactions, professional networking, and dialogue with representatives of the companies supporting the conference.
We consider the traditionally supportive atmosphere and positive spirit of the MIT Annual Meetings a particularly important and cherished value to preserve.
The highlighted topics of the 2025 Annual Meeting include the relationship between the microbiome and the immune system, as well as neuroimmunology.
This year, we will pay tribute to Professor János Gergely, the most prominent figure in Hungarian immunology, who would have celebrated his 100th birthday in 2025.
The event will also include a commemoration of the late Professor Júlia Szekeres-Barthó.
