Registration Fee Includes:

For accompanying persons, the fee also includes lunches and participation in social programs.

The registration fee includes catering services valued at a gross amount of 25,000 HUF, of which two lunches (gross 12,000 HUF) will be itemized separately with 5% VAT content.

Accommodation Prices
(Prices include breakfast and dinner)
Local tourist tax (IFA): 750 HUF/person/night, payable on site directly to the hotel.

Hotel Kapitány:

Single room/night: 32,500 HUF + IFA
Double room/person/night: 26,900 HUF + IFA
Triple room/person/night: 26,900 HUF + IFA

Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:30.

Accommodation Rates for Children:

0–4 years: Free of charge
4–7 years: +10,500 HUF/child/night
7–14 years: +15,000 HUF/child/night

Buffet lunch for children: 6,000 HUF/person/occasion.

Dinner and Social Program Participation Without Accommodation:

If you do not book accommodation at Hotel Kapitány but wish to attend the conference dinners, please select the “Dinner without accommodation” option for the relevant day during registration.

Cancellation Policy

Please submit cancellations in writing to: info@remedicon.hu

Cancellation free of charge until April 30, 2026
50% refund for cancellations between May 1–6
After May 6, the full amount is payable

Confirmation and Invoicing

Ordered services will be confirmed by Remedicon Ltd. via email. A pro forma invoice required for bank transfer will also be sent electronically from remedicon@szamlazz.hu. If you do not receive the pro forma invoice, please contact info@remedicon.hu.

Upon payment, an advance invoice will be issued, followed by the final invoice after the conference.
The fee for modifying a pro forma invoice or invoice is 1,000 HUF per occasion.
