The participation fee includes meals for a gross amount of 30 000 HUF.

Dinner:

If you do not require accommodation, but would like to attend the dinners and social events, please indicate the date in the " Dinner without accommodation" " section of the on-line registration.

Price of buffet dinner: 14 000 HUF/person/meal.

Abstract submisson deadline:
14^th August extended to 28^th August 2026.
Please note that abstracts submitted later will not appear in the "Immunology Szemle".

Duration of presentations:
20 minutes for invited oral presentations, 15 minutes for additional presentations (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion).

Confirmation and billing:
After on-line registration, an automatic e-mail confirmation will be sent, including the password for abstract uploading, and a proforma invoice will be sent by e-mail.

The registration will become final after the payment of the amount. A final invoice will be issued after the conference and will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration.
The fee for an invoice modification is 1500 HUF/application.
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing.
