All prices incl. buffee breakfast and dinner with VAT. 
Excluding tourist tax, 490 HUF/person/night.
Check in from 15:00 check out until 10:30.

Accomodation for children’s (for order, please keep contact with Remedicon by e-mail):
from 0 to 4 years: free of charge
from 4 to 7 years: + 8 450 HUF/children/night
from 7 to 14 years: + 11 830 HUF/children/night
Lunch for children is 3 500 HUF/day 

Dinner without accomodation on congress venue (Hotel Kapitány):
In case you will not stay at the venue of the conference but you wish to join the dinners and participate the programs, then please notify us upon the on-line registration under the menu 
„Dinner without accomodation” The price of the dinner:  6 500 HUF per day.

 

Confirmation and invoicing:
Remedicon Ltd. confirms the ordered services via email and also sends the pro-forma invoice for bank transfer. Following the advance payment we issue an invoice of the advance payment, and the final invoice will be issued after the conference (after 22 nd of May).
Changes of invoice addresses after completing the registration are possible via email to info@remedicon.hu and will be charged with 500 HUF.

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to info@remedicon.hu
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellations received until 30th April 2020:
    total refund.
  • Cancellations received from 1st May until 8th May 2020:
    refund minus 5% handling fee.
  • No refund on cancellations as from 9th May 2020
  • For any name changes on invoice, a fee of 500 HUF will be charged.
